Message templates

The basic flow

Add a mailbox — the email account your outreach is sent from. Replies to it are detected automatically.
Create a campaign — a sequence of email and WhatsApp messages with delays between them.
Import leads — paste a CSV or JSON list of the people you want to reach.
Turn the campaign ON — flip the toggle on its card. Sending respects the schedule window and each mailbox's daily limit.

When a lead replies, their sequence stops automatically and the conversation lands in Live Inbox, where you can answer by WhatsApp or email. A lead who replies STOP on WhatsApp, or clicks the unsubscribe link in an email, is unsubscribed automatically and never contacted again.

WhatsApp rules

Meta only delivers a free-form WhatsApp message within 24 hours of the contact's last reply. The first message to a new contact must be an approved template — create templates in Meta Business Manager, then pick them in the campaign builder or the test-send card.

Merge tags

Type these anywhere in a subject line, message body or template parameter — they are replaced per lead when sending:

Tag	What it inserts
`{{firstName\|there}}`	The lead's first name — falls back to "there" when it's empty
`{{lastName}}`	The lead's last name (empty if unknown)
`{{company\|your company}}`	The lead's company — falls back to "your company"
`{{email}}`	The lead's email address

Anything after the | is the fallback used when that field is empty for a lead.
